Terms of Service

Lumon (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a personal life planning application that helps you track goals, tasks, finances, health metrics, and recurring commitments across different life areas. The App is operated by Lumon AI FZE LLC, Ajman, UAE.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You agree not to:

• ·Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• ·Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
• ·Abuse or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or API endpoints.
• ·Resell or sublicense access to the App without written consent.

The Lumon Agent uses large language models (via OpenRouter/Anthropic) to provide planning assistance. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated content before acting on it.

The App optionally connects to Google Calendar and WHOOP. These integrations are governed by the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues with third-party services.

You own all data you enter into the App. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account settings.

We provide the App on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these terms; continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of income, or financial decisions made based on App content or AI outputs.

You may terminate your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
