# Lumon

> Lumon is an AI life agent that makes you achieve your goals. It interviews you in a conversation, turns your goals into dated milestones and weekly tasks, tracks progress across six life areas, runs a Sunday review every week, and pushes tasks to your calendar — so you keep executing until you hit your targets.

How it works:
1. **You talk, the agent listens.** Life Agent opens with a question. It extracts goals, time horizons, constraints and priorities from your answers and builds your dashboard in real time. No forms.
2. **Your dashboard, assembled by AI.** Goals are broken into milestones with dates and dependencies; milestones become weekly tasks. Each life area gets a plan the agent maintains.
3. **The agent keeps running.** Every Sunday it reviews what you shipped and what slipped, adjusts the plan, and prepares Monday's task list.

Life areas tracked (choose which to enable): Career (job, promotions, skill growth), Business (projects, freelance, side ventures), Health & Fitness (fitness, nutrition, wellbeing), Finances (savings, budgeting, investing), Relationships (family, friends, partner), Personal Growth (learning, habits, mindset).

Capabilities: conversational goal setup; milestone and weekly-task generation; automated Sunday review and Monday planning; finance tracking with budgets and bank-statement import; guided weekly reviews and daily rituals; slippage detection per life area; unlimited goals, tasks and milestones.

Integrations: Google Calendar (tasks with deadlines are written to your calendar), WHOOP, MCP.

Privacy: data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. Lumon never sells your data and never uses it to train AI models. You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time.
